Ongoing Classes & Groups
1st Sunday of the Month @ 11:30 – Noon
With Casey Wicker, Licensed Unity Teacher, in the Ministerial Prayer Room
All are invited to infuse our community prayer requests with love and blessings before we send them off to Silent Unity, where they will be held in prayer for 30 days. This meditation service is the same sacred practice used by Silent Unity. One heart, one voice in prayer, affirming the light within.
Every Monday @ 6:45 – 8:00 pm
Facilitated by Praveen Khilnani in the Fireside Room Library
Join us to discuss the principles of “A Course in Miracles”. This self-study spiritual thought system teaches that the way to universal love and peace—or remembering God—is by undoing guilt through forgiving others. The Course focuses on the healing of relationships and making them holy. Contact Praveen Khilnani at 650-468-8950 or email@example.com
1st and 3rd Mondays @ 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Facilitated by Jane Reeder in the YES Hall
Love offering – No prior experience necessary – Bring a friend
Join us in our Inquiry Circle at Unity in which we gather with others committed to questioning their thoughts—to gain clarity and reduce stress. Thought patterns seem hard to change precisely because we still believe these stressful thoughts. However, would you still believe them if you could see that they are not true? And if this were simple to learn, how might it change your life? Come find out. Meetings will be punctuated by discussions, video, and audio materials of Byron Katie.
1st and 3rd Sundays @ 1:30 – 3:30 pm
Facilitated by Philip von Guggenberg in the Fireside Room
Suggested love offering: $10
Gain greater awareness of yourself and how you communicate. This group begins with an introductory process of reflective writing and sharing, moves into a practical application of the tools of Nonviolent Communication, and finishes with a guided listening exercise in the form of dyads. Drop-ins are welcome. For more information, email Philip at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Every 2nd Sundays @ Noon-1:00 pm

Experience the transformative power of a gratitude practice in your life. Each month you will learn new tips and practices to help you cultivate a grateful heart empowering you to do life better! During the Gratitude Circle, you will
- Learn and get inspired by each other’s gratitude practices
- Support, inspire, and help each other to get unstuck through their gratitude practice
- Join in gratitude for all that we have been given and continue to receive in life

Whether stories or tales of the past, memories matter. History paints a broad picture of the world, but says little about the individuals who lived through those times. Memories are experiences to be looked at, learned from, and shared.
Each month this group comes together to develop writing skills, inspire each other, and share stories. Materials: Journal, Life is a Song, Sing It by Joyce Riley (Optional)
2nd Sundays @ 9:00 – 9:45 am
Unity Fellowship Network
Where: Ministerial Prayer Room
Men of Unity Palo Alto gather every second Sunday. You will find us in the prayer room before Sunday Services. We are networking to look at what each is expecting from the gathering. Put together a sentence or two of your thoughts. Send them to Paul Goodwin at email@example.com and he will distribute them anonymously before October 13. If you would like to be included in our email distribution list, send an email to Paul and he will add you.
Thursdays @ 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Under the direction of Margo LeDuc, the Love, Love, Love Unity Choir is a wonderful place to connect, grow, and sing. If you like to sing and want to get the best vocal training, please join us! No experience required. Contact Margo at firstname.lastname@example.org.
