In fact, research shows that self-compassion turns out to be much more effective than self-criticism—for improving our lives at work, in health, in personal relationships, and achieving our goals. Come join us for a 6-week journey using the power of self-compassion to improve your life. We will practice self-compassion so that in difficult moments in your life you can respond with kindness, care, and understanding both towards yourself and others.

Dr. Mistry is a local research physician who teaches well-being skills. She is passionate about helping people thrive using simple tools and techniques. When people have the right tools to help themselves, they can thrive at work, home, and anywhere else!
