Name Tags

Do you want a name tag? If you are new to Unity or have lost your name tag, or just never got around to requesting one, please fill out a request form located on the name tag bin at the back of the church or pick one up in the office. Drop the form off in the office, at the welcome table in the courtyard, or place in the offering bag. Your name tag will be placed in the name tag bin by first name within two weeks.
