At Unity Palo Alto, we have many opportunities for you to grow spiritually, meet new friends, and just have fun. We look forward to seeing you!

Fall Enrichment Program
In The I of the Storm: Embracing Conflict, Creating Peace we learn to go beyond merely managing the conflict in our lives to actually embracing the conflict, allowing it to teach us what we otherwise might not learn. This process leads to peacemaking whether it be within ourselves, in our relationships, or as a result of outside circumstances.
The magic of this book is the way Dr. Simmons, in a very practical, reality based manner, discusses the challenges, temptations and hazards the world presents to us on a day-to-day basis that distracts us from our purpose here on Earth. He provides practical techniques and strategies, both spiritually and materially based, to help us avoid these hazards, allowing us to better align ourselves with our divine purpose and mission.
Our Fall Enrichment program is a 7-week, in-depth spiritual exploration of the book. Click here for more information and weekly recaps.

Join us in our Inquiry Circle at Unity in which we gather with others committed to questioning their thoughts—to gain clarity and reduce stress. Thought patterns seem hard to change precisely because we still believe these stressful thoughts. However, would you still believe them if you could see that they are not true? And if this were simple to learn, how might it change your life? Come find out. Meetings will be punctuated by discussions, video, and audio materials of Byron Katie.

Stories, memoirs, tales of the past, call them what you will, memories matter. History paints a broad picture of world, national and local times and events but says little about the individuals who lived through those times. Memories are not experiences to be relived and constantly aired, but to be looked at, learned from, and shared, so the future may see how life used to be.
Each month this group comes together to develop writing skills, inspire each other, and share stories. A topic for writing is chosen by the group at the end of each session. Each session is group facilitated. Materials: Journal, Life is a Song, Sing It by Joyce Riley (Optional) available in the bookstore.
