Ronald McDonald House Snack Pack Project
March 5 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Ronald McDonald House at Stanford creates a home-away-from-home and supportive community for families of children with life-threatening illnesses receiving specialized treatment at local hospitals. Many children at the Ronald McDonald House have daily treatments at Stanford Children’s hospital. Unity Palo Alto’s Uniteens and Y.O.U. are making snack packs that the children can grab on the way out the door to their treatments. The snack packs contain non-perishable snacks and a hand written note. These snacks and notes can make a huge difference in keeping these special warriors spirits up.
We need your help! Please join us in this project:
- Donate to purchase snacks – The teens will be accepting donations after church to help purchase items for the snack packs
- Help put together the snack packs – Join the Uniteens and YOU on March 5 at 11:30am in the Yes Hall to help decorate and assemble the snack packs.
