Upcoming Classes

March 1 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

A Six-Week Class with Dr. Ketna Mistry
Sundays, 3/1-4/5
Cost: Love Offering

Are you wary about being compassionate to yourself? Why? Often we think that being too kind to ourselves will make us weak or self-indulgent so we won't reach our goals. In fact, research shows that self-compassion turns out to be much more effective than self-criticism—for improving our lives at work, in health, in personal relationships, and achieving our goals. Come join us for a 6-week journey using the power of self-compassion to improve your life. We will practice self-compassion so that in difficult moments in your life you can respond with kindness, care, and understanding both towards yourself and others.

Question Your Thinking, Change Your Life – The Work of Byron Katie

No prior experience necessary – Bring a friend

Join us in our Inquiry Circle at Unity in which we gather with others committed to questioning their thoughts—to gain clarity and reduce stress. Thought patterns seem hard to change precisely because we still believe these stressful thoughts. However, would you still believe them if you could see that they are not true? And if this were simple to learn, how might it change your life? Come find out. Meetings will be punctuated by discussions, video, and audio materials of Byron Katie.
