Conscious Communication Practice Group

1st and 3rd Sundays, 1:30-3:00 pm, Fireside Room
Suggested love offering: $5-$10
Facilitated by Philip von Guggenberg
The purpose of this group is to gain greater awareness of ourselves and how we communicate. We begin with an introductory process of reflective writing and sharing, we move into a practical application of the tools of Nonviolent Communication, and finish with a guided listening exercise in the form of dyads. Drop-ins are welcome and registration is not required. For more information, email Philip at speakpeace-owner@yahoogroups.com.

“A Course in Miracles”

Every Monday at 8:00pm, Fireside Room
Love offering
Facilitated by Pravieen Khilnani

Join us to discuss the principles of “A Course in Miracles”. This self-study spiritual thought system teaches that the way to universal love and peace—or remembering God—is by undoing guilt through forgiving others. The Course focuses on the healing of relationships and making them holy. Contact Praveen Khilnani at 650-468-8950 or praveengrk@yahoo.com

Every Wednesday at 7:00-8:00pm

Question Your Thinking, Change Your Life – The Work of Byron Katie

1st and 3rd Mondays, 6:30-8:00pm, Y.E.S. Hall
Love offering – No prior experience necessary – Bring a friend
Facilitated by Jane Reeder
Join us in our Inquiry Circle at Unity in which we gather with others committed to questioning their thoughts—to gain clarity and reduce stress. Thought patterns seem hard to change precisely because we still believe these stressful thoughts. However, would you still believe them if you could see that they are not true? And if this were simple to learn, how might it change your life? Come find out. Meetings will be punctuated by discussions, video, and audio materials of Byron Katie.
